Black Screen Recovery Unsuccessful

Has anyone figured out other ways of getting out of the black screen mode? I've tried the reset procedure many times and it just doesn't work. And yeas, I've checked all the cables, connections, TV, power supply, etc., but I get nothing. This console is
rarely played since new so it is in excellent condition, other than after the last update, it simply won't boot up into any screen, I can hear the drive, but nothing happens - any ideas? Thanks

I've had this myself three times already. Had to ship in my console every time because nothing could fix it.

Please try these troubleshooting steps regarding a
black screen with your Xbox One.

Also, if your console was shut down unexpectedly (e.g. a power outage, or a hard crash), the file system on the hard drive might be corrupted, and the console is checking and repairing the file system during startup. This can take up to 15 minutes during
which the console only shows a black screen.

If you tried the troubleshooting steps, and waited for more than 15 minutes for something to appear on screen, you might try to see if the console displays the recovery menu, if you start the console this way: Hold the power button for 10 seconds to turn
the console off. Then hold Bind+Eject (if you have the Xbox One S All Digital console, simply hold the Bind button), and turn the console on. With these buttons held, the console should show you a recovery menu.

Factory reset the console with an USB drive.

And if all that fails, I'm afraid you will have to
sign up your console for repairs.

If all steps fail then I'm afraid the only option left is to set up a repair request for the console, as mentioned on the page
