Black screen on Roblox mobile games

Hey guys! This is my first time so I genuinely don’t know how to ask this, but does anyone know how to solve the black screen for mobile users on Roblox? It’s been annoying me for quite some time and I tired of following tutorial's that don’t work. It’s only happening when I join the game and it started yesterday. If possible could someone help me?

Were you able to uninstall and reinstall the game?

Seems like you did not install the game from Microsoft Store.

To fix this, please check if there is an update for your PC by following the steps below:

Settings > Updates & Security > Check for updates.

Kindly uninstall and reinstall the game if that didn't work.
