black screen on remote play in windows 10

I was able to fix it by Repairing the app through the windows 10 Settings. reinstalling didnt work but the repair did

That’s the thing neither will work on remote casting it’s just a black screen on the Xbox app and it won’t appear when I press windows + K for remote display so neither will work.

It didn't seem to resolve the issue that when I start remote play on my windows device from the Xbox app (windows), a black screen appears forcing me to exit out the Xbox app, I have tried all Xbox support please can someone help?
