    Hi Guys, after receiving 2111co.211109-2200 update my Xbox did not turn on (stuck on black screen). I tried cold restart, factory reset, offline update no luck. As a last resort I decided to check it with brand new HDD, formatted it with a script, but this doesn't work neither. When I try to perform offline update via USB with latest OSU1 files I got E101 error couple seconds after. Anything I can do to make it live again?

    Xbox One FIX!, black screen after update 2021!

    I have just experienced the same issue. My Xbox crashed in the middle of an update and now after the green boot up screen I get the black screen of death. I've tried soft and hard reboots and after holding down the sync and eject button I am now stuck in low resolution black screen of death.

    Not sure what I'm supposed to do and now my sons and I are without a gaming machine.

    I black screened after the initial "Green Screen of Death". After attempting a reboot, all I get is black screen now. Will be trying the offline update to see if it makes a difference, but microsoft cs said it was most likely a hardware issue without even
    asking any questions and said I need to have mine replaced. Good luck to anyone else who has similar issues

    It's bricked. Send in for repair £90 GBP and a 90 day warranty comes with that as well. I've attempted to ask Microsoft for a OTA repair using the emergency update but the led from Green screen of death to a black screen of death. This occurred to me after
    a update from Microsoft which glitched out my Xbox and Microsoft are not taking any responsibility for it. I would suggest anyone who has this issue to file a complaint.
