    hello,

    Been having a problem for the past week, everything works fine on my Xbox one until I try to view my profile or game hub, as soon as these are selected I get a black screen and nothing loads. Anyone know how to fix?

    Xbox Insider Hub Stuck loading since it got released......

    So since Xbox insider hub app got released it keeps loading forever with a black screen en green loading ring i let it on for hours but keeps loading i removed the app etc i resetted my console to factory settings etc but it won't work

    Okay so I've a got Xbox 360S I've just moved out to my gf's and gone from a BT home hub to a Virgin media Superhub. Connected it up to the Virgin hub and I get the some content is unavailable error code 80072ee2...reset hub (power off for a minute) test
    Xbox love connection (which signs you out) everything connects, all up and running. i go back to home screen and all content on screen is there live gold offers/ friends page games page advertisements etc...but as soon as I sign in my profile it says content
    unavailable all the advertisements etc go from home screen as if I'm not connected to live basically. But Pressing the home/guide button it shows as I'm online I can see friends and what they are doing...also disconnects me after 5 minutes or so when I don't
    sign in. Internet speed is fine 35mps DL and 4 UL and works fine on everything else. Anyone help? Cheers!

    It would be cool, but I think DICE need to focus on the technical problems on the game first, like sound cutting out, black loading screens, frame rate lag, etc etc.
