    Up until the day before yesterday I was able to start Cloud Games like Outriders New Horizon without issue on my Windows 10 PC via the XBOX app. Since yesterday I only get a black screen whenever I want to start any cloud game. It does not show me the rocket ship. I tried uninstall of the app and deleting temporary files, i tried the terminate, repair and reset options, tried starting games in windowed mode, unlinked my XBOX, signed out and back in, but nothing works. It does work via /u/Fair_Composer_7253

    Thank you for responding to me. Can you please tell me how to start the xbox insider app if i cant see the display when i turn the console on now? No green loading or black screen . Is this something i could do from a windows 10 computer? Thanks

    Cant use Xbox app........ and the support is crap!

    Having the same problem as hungryfatbear, app starts to load, stuck at a green screen. Its the 11. version and this only started after the latest windows 10 update.

    If you’re trying to launch a game and get a blank or black screen after the cloud gaming loading animation:

    Check to see if there are any available updates to the Xbox app for Windows, select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update , and then select Check for updates. Disconnect and reconnect to the network, then try launching the game again.
