    Black screen in My apps and Game Store


    Hi, I have rolled out of Alpha skip ahead and now in Beta dash. Why? I have a problem that I cannot reinstall Destiny 2 from either my full library or GamePass. It is really annoying. It is still refusing to que the game and I have also tried using the app.

    Any ideas what's going on? I'm on SeriesX

    Black Screening constantly..

    Is it only apps that cause the black screen or games as well? what about the home screen, games and apps, the store etc?

    Have you checked the HDMI cable to make sure it's plugged in correctly and not damaged?

    The issue occurs with any game. Anytime I use the Xbox App to stream to my PC from my Xbox Series X, the App is prone to experience freezing and black screens.

    Sign out from the Microsoft Store app on your Windows.

    Clear store cache>

    Windows key + r and type ''wsreset'' wait for the black screen to close and open the store automatically, it takes a while.

    Log in with the account that purchased the game in the app, look for the game and see if it gives you the option to install.

    Log out from the Microsoft Store app in the upper right corner, clear the store cache, log in with the account that purchased the game, and look for the game again in the store to install.
