Black screen appears when I try to launch the Xbox app.

When I launch the app. Nothing appears. It's blocked on a black screen and when I wait the app close. And I can't launch the app. It's bugged.

You can try resetting your Samsung TV by following the steps below from Samsung themselves:

"Open Settings, and then select General & Privacy.

Select Reset, enter your PIN (0000 is the default), and then select Reset.

To complete the reset, select OK. Your TV will restart automatically."

After that, check if there will be an improvement.

Every time a black screen appears when I try to launch games and I cannot play games for 3 days. This is very annoying.

when i try to sign in on the xbox app it just turns black, stays like that for while then anothe window appears and disappears 3 times saying "please wait" and then it just goes back to the main screen. When i tried launching forza horizon 4 it just says " you may not proceed without being signed in to a profile".

I have tried all 3 solutions now and when I launch the xbox app I am still stuck with just the app having the black screen and the xbox logo in the middle pulsing.
