    My Xbox One is Bricked!

    Mine was stuck on green screen for over an hour. Talked to xbox support. They had me reboot it a few times. Now I'm stuck with a black screen. I called amazon.com and they are overnighting me a new one.

    What do you mean it opens at your home screen and then nothing? Are you stuck on the dashboard or is it a black or green screen?

    If you are stuck on a black or green screen you can try the offline diagnostic tool that has helped people get passed the blank screen before:

    Are you on the normal dashboard or are you in the Preview Program on the New Xbox One Experience dashboard?

    If you're on the normal dashboard, what prompted the green loading screen? (Did you have a console update or is this a new console)?
