    Black screen after exiting game and going to home


    I don't know if is a bug, but some games when i leave and go to home screen the xbox is getting black screen, after disconnecting the hdmi cable and connect again, the screen backs to normal, it's a samsung monitor 4k 60hz with free sync... some games happens others not... any suggestion? Or if is the wrong place to write this question, someone could tell what xbox reddit channel is more appropriate?

    Apps crash, won't load, system won't turn off

    I am suddenly having a similar issue. I was in avatar editor and was going to take a gamerpic with it. It stopped showing my avatar, only background, exited and came back and it only showed black, no background. Next, I hit B until I exited and it showed
    the friends app sign, but no video after that, just black screen. I can turn system on and off manually, but just a black screen. I am extremely worried. Does this have anything to do with the update?

    Problem reading discs

    Hi Jasmine, changed to eco and games would play but no dvd's, done a soft factory reset, uninstalled and re-installed blu ray app, it played one dvd then back to same problem screen flashes between disc and black screen then press any button and the screen
    goes black and only exit is to eject dvd and it goes back to home page, games work fine

    Can't play Crimson Dragon.

    A lot of times when you start a game that is not fully installed it will wait to pull in the rest of the data. Exit to the home screen, go to the Crimson Dragon tile, hit your menu button, then select Quit. After quitting the game, relaunch it and it should
    load all data and work properly.
