    I bought the Black Ops lll pre order. It states in the description i would get 2 advance supply drops, and a personalization pack for advance warfare. But I never got them. What do I do to get them?

    My account all of a sudden, does not allow me to access games such as Grand Theft Auto V, or Black Ops lll, because the content is to graphic.

    If you visit the store and search for Call of Duty Black Ops 3 Pre-Order Bonus Pack, are you able to download the content? That should be how you access the pre-order content for Advanced Warfare as the description for the Black Ops 3 pre-order describes.

    Backwards Compatibility

    Good day

    Blacks ops lll wont be on backwards compatibility as it was released on Xbox One.

    If games have been released on 360 and on the One it wont be backward compatible.
