Black Ops II Season Pass Content Download Error

While signed in, if you navigate to our
Call of Duty: Black Ops II Season Pass page does it still prompt you to purchase it or does it acknowledge that it is owned? That would be a good spot to double check, as being in the preview program normally would not affect content ownership on the Xbox
360 Marketplace.

If that page asks you to purchase the Season Pass, I would reach out to our phone or chat support team one more time to inquire about if and when the Black Ops II season pass was added to your account. If they can locate the Season Pass and provide a date
when it was added, that information will help us a lot.

yes they do match and its not a card its a receipt they gave me that had a code. it says call of duty black ops II season pass. it gave me the info to download so i did that then it said go to bing and type in call of duty black ops II season pass but it
just gave me 4000 microsoft points.

Yes, they give you points to download the season pass, not the actual pass itself. You will need to navigate to the marketplace and download the season pass from the Black Ops 2 sections. Alternatively, you can download the season pass from the in-game menu
for Black Ops. Once you download the pass, you will have to download the individual content as well, except now it will show up as free.

If you redeemed the code for the season pass for Black Ops II, check your
Xbox 360 download history for me. If you redeemed the code on this account, you should be able to find the season pass listed as, "Call of Duty®: Black Ops II Season Pass" and you can click "Add to queue" to refresh your license. If you don't see it listed
there, that would indicate that you may have redeemed the content on a different Xbox Live account and the only way to access that content would be to install it using that account.
