Black Ops Freezing/Crashing

Okay, so here's what happened. I play offline nowadays, and I wanted to try out some glitches in zombies that I had heard about online. So I uninstalled the patch that I had (#11 it calls itself). Being the fool that I am, however, I did not realize that
I needed that patch in order to play my DLC, Rezurrection. So I re-installed the patch but now my Black Ops game freezes whenever I try to do virtually anything. Dead Ops plays absolutely fine, no problems. Near as I can tell, campaign works fine. But I can't
get into a multiplayer match (just an offline match against bots). Whenever I try to play an actual zombies map, it gets a little bit into the introduction and then freezes. For Five it's usually right as President Kennedy is telling his joke to Castro. For
Kino it's usually at the beginning of Richtofen's second text of speech, etc. It never actually reaches a game. I've tried many things online that have not worked. I know for a fact that it is NOT the disc, nor is it overheating. I've cleared the hard drive's
cache and it still does not work. I uninstalled all Black Ops content on the drive and tried it without the update OR the DLC, still froze. Tried it without the DLC but with the patch, still froze. Reinstalled everything while connected to Xbox Live, still
froze. I even took off the hard drive, thinking that it might be the problem. But alas, it still froze even without the hard drive installed. I also tried playing as a different profile, but even that didn't stop the game from freezing up on me. Other games
work fine. My xbox is not broken, either, so please don't just tell me to "get it serviced." Not all of us can afford to have their consoles shipped off to be serviced by professionals. I'm positive my xbox itself is fine, it's just that I messed something
up with the data or memory and now I can't figure out how to set things back properly. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you for time.

Xbox freezing Then shutting off

My Xbox is freezing then buzzing then crashing and turning the Xbox off when playing the new black ops 4 beta I’ve had this trouble with a Witcher 3 in the past just not this regularly. I have played Skyrim and fortnite with no issue in the past
and tried restarting the Xbox and also unplugging and restarting

black ops 4 for me for the last week has been crashing i click mp and crashes black screen back to dash board
