    Black Ops Backwards Compatibility Question!


    I see that the Black Ops game will be available to play on Xbox One soon and I own a copy of Black Ops and Black Ops 2 on the same disc (platinum hits combo pack), will this disc still work on the Xbox One to play Black Ops since Black Ops 2 is on there
    also? I understand that Black Ops 2 wont be playable regardless but will this affect the download of the game?

    I cannot find a straight answer on this. Someone please help! I hope that I do not have to sell this copy and then buy each game separate.

    Call of Duty: Black Ops has never been "delayed" for its backwards compatibility release. The original notes stated that Black Ops would be "Coming Soon" to the Backwards Compatibility Program. At this point, we are still unsure as to when the games debut

    Black Ops Backwards Compatibility Question!

    If you go by what happened with the first wave of games, then yeah it should. There are a few discs that have more than one game on it that were in the first wave of compatible games, and they installed fine.

    He answered your second question correctly, and the answer to your first question is yes, as long as you are playing an Xbox 360 game in the Xbox one, that is on the backwards compatible list. You cannot play cross platform with Xbox one black ops 3, and
    Xbox 360 black ops 3 at the same time though.
