black ops 6 screen goes black when loading game, all other games ect load ok?

After the initial loading screen image it goes black, no other menus or anything pops up just a black screen. All other games are working fine.

what happens with me is that I get past all the downloading stuff and then it goes into the loading screen and you think it will load but then it goes black ad will not load but the loading thing at the bottom is still there

Getting the same problem have tried loading from hard drive and from the disc. The disc loaded once so I backed out and tried again from the hard drive (my games) screen stays black and it will not load from either disc or my games again. MW2 would not load
at all as well. Black ops loaded from disc but when I tried to go online it said the servers were unavailable

Can I ask you a question ?

Not long after posting this question I am now unable to go online and play Black ops or to see my friends gaming avatars.

My loading screen for for multiplayer on black ops locks up or just spins without loading.

I am able to play other games in multiplayer though.

I go to launch the game, and once I click play game it goes to a black screen to initiate it's loading, but it goes back to the dashboard saying This Game Cannot Launch, MW2 Failed to Load.
