    Black Ops 6 On xbox series x not working


    I just purchased cod Black ops 6 on my xbox series x, i have installed the game and done all updates, i get into the home screen and and click to play black ops 6 and then it glitches and becomes a green or pink screen and throws me out back to xbox home screen! i have uninstalled and re installed the game and still having the same issue! what do i do?

    Unfortunately, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 does not support split-screen play on Xbox One. This feature is only available on next-gen consoles, i.e. Xbox Series X/S.

    Black Ops 3 Abc Error..

    Have tried all methods listed at

    https://support.activision.com/call....B.C.,there are general service interruptions

    None have worked.

    I copied game from internal drive of a Xbox series X with a working Black Ops 3.

    Played from the harddrive on same machine, and it updated/connected to online gameplay. I transferred the same hard drive to another Xbox series X (the one having issues), and it went back to 100.0.0.12.0.0 and would not update. It plays other games with no issues!
