Black ops 6 class issue

I have been having a issue with black ops 6 multiplayer last 2 days. I don't know why but when I choose my custom loaded classes when I'm in a match every one of them is not what I created at all, the same primary weapon is loading when I select any of the classes, is there a solution to this?

Please check for updates. Make sure that your game is updated to the latest version because developers often release patches to fix such issues.

And then perform a power cycle on your Xbox console by turning off the console by holding the Xbox button for 10 seconds.

Unplug it for a few minutes, then plug it back in and restart.

If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, kindly uninstall and reinstall the game. This will delete the corrupted files from the game.

My Black Ops classes changed a lot....

1st time ever seeing this issue as of today for me. Updating COD Black Ops 6 - no surprise there.

On paper it's a 9, but given the multiplayer has latency issues lingering from the first Black Ops, it feels like a 6.

Thank you for the update. Are you playing on Xbox console or PC? If you're on PC, do you use Xbox App to launch the game? If not, please let me know.

If you're on PC Xbox App, have you tried verifying the integrity of the game? This is for us to eliminate any possible issues with a corrupted file.

To verify and repair game files on the Microsoft Xbox App for PC, follow the steps below:

Open the Microsoft Xbox App and highlight Black Ops 6.

Select the […] button next to the play button your game title and choose Manage.

Select Files, then select Verify and Repair.

You will then receive a pop-up warning you that you will not retain any mods or game saves that are not backed up.

Select Yes to continue, the application will then verify your games files. You can launch the game once completed.

If this does not fix your issue, we can then conclude that this is more of a game issue rather than a hardware or software since you are not experiencing any issues when playing other games.
