    If you pre-order Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 through the PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store, or Battle.net, you don't need a code. You're automatically registered to participate in the Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Private Beta.

    Thanks for your post, usually bonuses for pre-orders come as tokens as message on Xbox Live, or appear in game. Do check on the

    Call of Duty Black Ops 4 Forum     for information from the community about this issue. Also, it may be good to use the
    Contact Us portal to speak with an agent about the missing content.

    Thanks for the reply. Im aware about the cod points, but there are other items such as character skins and weapon variants I am yet to recieve. How can I obtain them?

    Hi Michael,

    Thanks for reaching out to us! We understand it can cause worry when items are missing from a purchase. I would like to ask, which version was purchased for Black Ops 4? For instance,

    Digital Deluxe Enhanced Edition    ,
    Digital Deluxe Edition    , or the
    Standard Edition    . The items will be received for the DLC within the game tile once they have been published. They should appear under:

    Press Xbox Button > My Games & Apps > See All > Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 > Manage Game > Add-ons.

    Items will be shown under Installed or ready to install. Let us know if there is anything missing still.

    If you pre ordered digitally simply go to the store on your console, search "Black Ops 4 beta" and install from there. No code required on digital pre orders.
