Black Ops 3 purchased DLC is not working

game add-ons are only visible in the game menu when they have been properly downloaded. Please check if they have been downloaded. If so, check if the account to which the season pass is associated with the account logged in.

best way I handled a situation similar was to re download everything.

I've had problems similar to this occur, but have you clicked on the game and checked "Manage game & add-ons" to check if you have downloaded the dlcs that you had previously bought.

Game and DLC purchases are associated with your Microsoft account. If you purchase the DLC on the Xbox 360, they will work on the Xbox One as well since Black Ops 1 is backwards compatible.

I tried putting in my Black Ops game disc into my Xbox One and it worked. I would try hard resetting your Xbox One to fix that problem.If you're trying to put a Xbox 360 version of Black Ops 3 into your Xbox One, it will not go through. The Xbox 360 Version
