Black Ops 3 preorder

Hi, I never got a chance to redeem my code for black ops 1 from pre-ordering black ops 3 and now the message is nowhere to be found; automatically deleted I assume. I contacted Xbox support and was told this forum would be able to help me out. Thanks in

Support will double check, but the preorder included a code for Nuketown which was on the original Black Ops, but I don't believe it actually came with code for Black Ops since it was not backwards compatible until several months after Black Ops 3 was released. I did preorder Black ops a few months ago.

How did you pre order the game exactly? This wasn't something that was a pre-order bonus on the Xbox Store so it may have been a retailer exclusive. For the purchase of Black Ops 3 on Disc for Xbox 360, you would receive a code in
the box, but that was only for boxed retail copies and not for digital purchases.

It was a digital download for Xbox One, I recieved the message with the code but didn't redeem it. Its there no way to pull old messages?

 

Thanks for the info, as I mentioned in the previous post, there wasn't any pre-order bonus through the Xbox Store on the Xbox One which included a copy of Black Ops 1. So we wouldn't have any way to provide a replacement token for
this. The investigating teams took a closer look and were able to find other codes that were not redeemed though. We've gone ahead and resent those to you for your convenience.
