    Black ops 3 NUK3TOWN and The Giant bonus map installed but not working


    I installed the digital deluxe edition of BO3 and the seasons pass worked but it doesn't say I have NUK3TOWN or The Giant installed even though on "My games and apps" it shows in BO3 that it is installed?!?!

    How to find/use pre release bundle items

    I don't play COD and trying to help my son so sorry if this is obvious, but I don't know how to find or use the personalization pack and two Advanced Supply Drops in Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare that is included in the black ops 3 pre release bundle
    I bought. Nothing shows up in multiplayer | store. I installed "The Call of Duty: Black Ops III Pre-Order Bonus Pack" from the store. And I own both games.

    Also, how do you use the Digital Personalization Pack and Nuk3town DLC Bonus Map in the black ops 3 game? Thanks.

    Black ops 3 GIANT map not unlocked?????

    i have just got access to BLACK OPS 3 and my GIANT zomibe bonus map isnt on the chose map screen on the zombie list i have it installed and i have The Digtial Deluxe

    Are you in the preview program? There seems to be an issue with these not showing up. Activision is working on a fix.

    I only see Nuk3Town which is located in the bonus section of multiplayer

    ExoTIC check and see if you have a system update that needs to be installed. They pushed out a system update that fixed it last night.

    XIX if you have access to the bonus zombie map, then the season pass is working because you have to have the season pass working to have access to that particular map.

    XIX if you have access to the bonus zombie map, then the season pass is working because you have to have the season pass working to have access to that particular map.
