black ops 3 isn't loading

Another console that said, is different from the ones you own. In another house, another place.

I can't think of any other alternative for the console, it's worth testing the CD on another console in another residence only

ive just done the NAT type test and its is moderate and says all services are available

the disk is one made for a xbox so that's why Im finding it strange why the xbox isn't even reading the disk or by the looks of it attempting too.

the reason I think a software issue is that all of these consoles are on the last update and maybe there's a glitch or bug in the software where some games aren't reading but I can also see how that's very unlikely

If it was a software error it would cause several errors in all games globally. Where is not the case.

Create a mobile hotspot network and connect the console to that network, and then try to run the game.

If it doesn't work, I advise you to return the game to the seller and ask them to test on another console

ive just tried the mobile hotspot trick and same issue

ive already replaced the disk twice and both were at different store so the chance of all 3 being duds are extremely unlikely. I just don't understand why it won't even read the disk. it revs up but after 3 seconds just gives up. ill try some other alternatives but otherwise I may just give up on the venture and just buy it digitally
