    Please help me fix this as I cannot refund the game and I spent $40

    Black ops 3 can't connect to server on Xbox series x

    I'm having the same issue but on the Xbox series s, black ops 3 won't connect to the online server. Tried the above troubleshooting and didn't help. I also cannot play the game offline because it crashes when I try.

    I do not get an actual error code at all. It simply says that i cannot currently connect to the black ops servers and to check www.callofduty.com/blackops for status and updates. In essence I get the same message that would appear if the servers themselves
    were not functioning. My 360 emulator appears to be connected to xbox live, as I can see my friends list and send messages, however for some reason I just cannot seem to connect to the black ops 1 online servers for multiplayer or zombies.

    Hello, I am another person experiencing this same issue. My region’s online services are active and online. A buddy of mine was able to get into the game, but I cannot.
