Black ops 3 battle tested achievement not unlocking after reaching or completing level 55

On Xbox one? I have tried but nothing is working.

as a player I can only inform and guide, and microsoft does not change or modify the achievements, they either ask you to try again or wait for an update to fix the problem. they don't manually change it.

Can i contact Xbox support so they can modify it so i can have the achievement? I have the proof I need for it. I don't really feel like levelling up to level 55 again which can take some time because most players aren't on and most of the solutions aren't working.
