Black Ops 2 Xbox One X Nuke Town download - Premium content is blocked

Hi, I'm on a xbox one x and I try to play on multiplayer on Black Ops 2 but it requires the Nuke Town map.

When I try to get it I get this error : Premium content is blocked for this profile..

I've checked anything in my profile but I can't find anything that could allow me to access premium content ....

My birthdate is ok I'm over 18, i'm listed as an adult in my Microsoft account...

Since I switched from a ps4 to an xbox one x I didn't have an xbox 360 account before

So can someone help me to find what I can do to enable the premium content so I can download this map and play online in my game please ?

Black ops 2 blackwards compatable issue

hey I just got black ops 2 recently, and evertime I go to multiplayer it says I need to get nuke town 2025 I go to download it I get a message saying "premium content is blocked for this profile" I don't know what to do any help?

XBOX 360 DLC won't download on XBOX ONE

On black ops 2 (my Xbox 360 version) I had all DLCs except for nuke town zombies, I just downloaded the game on my Xbox one and it won't let me download the DLCs, why is that?!

Xbox Marketplace page on Xbox.com? Additionally, have you tried downloading the Map from the in-game menu? Let us know if either helps!

Thanks ! Buying the map from the store menu in the game was working with no error. The error appears in the multiplayer menu. When I choose Xbox Live a message shows up saying that the nuke town map is requiered and from that popup we can get it but it don't
work...

Nuke Town was the best map now it's the second best. The now best map you got to bye it but it is one of best maps in Black Ops is called DIVE IN.

Yes, go into your account management and go to download history and look for it and redownload it. Make sure you remove the Nuke town DLC first then redownload.
