Black Ops 2 won't start

I purchased Black Ops 2 digitally on April 11th 2017 so i could play it on my Xbox One, and it's been working fine until today. All of a sudden it started giving me the "Do you own this game" " Insert Disc" message.

I uninstalled it and went to my ready to install list, and download it again. I restarted the console multiple times. I tried going offline and strong it up. I tried playing it on a different profile and i tried moving it from the external drive to the internal
drive, but nothing has helped. Every other backward compatible 360 game I've tried works fine, it's just Black Ops 2.

Halo 4 - Limited Edition

Don't waste your money. I won't be buying Halo 4 or Black ops 2 day 1. The only good limited edition is the $80 Black ops 2 one.

My Black Ops 2 won't even load now. It keeps freezing at the main menu. And thanks, TreyArch, for nerfing every good gun in the game. Im done with Black Ops 2. David Vondacunt.

 

Thats weird I was playing that game the other day and it works perfect!!

 

Yeah, a friend of mine downloaded his copy and tried it out this morning as well. His worked just fine. I just tried restoring my console too, and it didn't help.

 

Yeah, this also happening with me, where blacks ops 2 wont start, it has do you own this game or disc ive tried everything an it wont let me plat it, i tried calling microsoft help but they want me to pay $60 to fix what ever is going on, they didnt even
tell me the problem they just asked what backafe i want ti fix it. SOOOO ANNOYED

 

have you attempted to clean the disc at all i know of a few situations that have been fixed just by cleaning it with a soft rag as i've had the same issue

 

Have you looked to see if there's a update that has happened to me before

 

I dont have the disc i installed it
