Black ops 2 Stuck in map loading screen, can't join a game

Freezes for me and now tonight the game won't load the map. All it shows after joining game is a black screen..

Its not the loading time as my son sits there for over 10 mins before he even comes to tell it isn't working. As far as NAT being open. I dont know what that means so I've never look for it. I have deleted teh rezurrection map and reinstalled to no avail.
When i get home today I'll look in my storage and delete the black ops title update also w/ resurrection and reinstall it again. As far as copying the disc into my hard . I have no clue how to do that as this is my little son that plays the xbox and not
me. any other suggestions would be help thanks so much

First of all, the Moon map takes a little while to load. When you start Black Ops does it say your NAT is open?

Can you try install the game on your HDD? (speedsup the loading part of the game but also if the installing process goes well then your CD is clean).

Go to "system" and "storage" and delete the "Black ops Title Update". Delete Black ops Rezurrection map pack. Then redownlaod the map pack and reinstall the update.

ok i will try this when i get home. I still not sure why the other maps would work and just moon doesn't but will try when i get home todays thanks

Regardless of the DLC, key game assets are still required from the disc. If your disc is scratched or damaged this could prevent your maps from loading. Is your disc in good condition?

As above, try installing the game to the hard drive. If it fails then it's the game disc that is the cause of your issue.
