Black Ops 2 says I'm disconnected from Xbox Live.

I need help every time I start black ops 2 and play multiplayer it says that I have been disconnected from Xbox live

Is this only happening to that specific game?

If you are playing backwards compatible, please do this:

Please try to launch the game.

Once launched, press both MENU and START buttons together.

It will bring up the Xbox 360 menu screen.

If you are seeing your profile there already, go to manage storage.

If you see your profile, try to open the menu for that and see if you can remove it from there.

Once removed, try to download the profile again.

If that does not help, do this:

Let's refresh the console's system cache.

NOTE: This will remove the profiles on your console, make sure that you remember the email and password to your account.

No data or game saves will be lost doing this, everything is backed up to the cloud servers.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select System.

4. Select Console info

5. Select Reset console.

6. Select Reset and keep my games & apps

This will also help sync the data on your console properly.

Getting completely disconnected from live. Happens while watching netflix and while playing black ops 2

removed the hard drive and put it back in, deleted system update and redownloaded it, zero scratches on the disc, deleted all black ops 2 DLC and installation on hard drive, then reinstalled the game to hard drive

load up black ops 2 after all this and disconnected 5 minutes later (disconnected from xbox live, sign in status changed)
