    I'm prestige lvl. 16 legit right now & I'm hoping to max it out to prestige lvl. 20 before Black Ops 2 comes out; & no, I won't reset my stats for fear that Black Ops 2 may record prev. games' stats just like MW3 did.

    well i was baned from call of duty black ops 2 for a week and i am now unbaned and i went to play my game and it said my stats reset. Why did my stats reset?

    I am very sorry but unfortunately it is impossible to restore the statistics, because the game save is linked to your account and the statistics are linked to the game server, that is, it is impossible for you to reset your statistics, I believe that not even Activision can do it that.     Will my stats and rank reset once the game officially launches on nov 5

    Last year I bought Black ops 2 early. My lobby leaderboard stats froze at launch. They were stuck at my pre-launch stats until I reset at max prestige. It was pretty annoying...but I guess that's the price I paid for playing early.
