    Black Ops 2 not working on Xbox One


    Trying to play Black Ops 2 on my Xbox One. Downloaded it off the physical disk and when attempting to go into the multiplayer and download a profile, the game tells me "Can't connect to Xbox Live. Select test connection to troubleshoot your connection." I've tried a number of fixes like manually putting in the DNS and restarting the console, but it does not work. Need help.

    same problem here. downloaded all the freebees for Black Ops 2, and now I can not play Black Ops 2 online. other games work fine. Black ops 2 = connection to xbox live lost!!!

    Nope, just BO2. I tested Mw2 ,Black ops, and a few other games and they all worked, Black ops 2 is just the only one giving me trouble.
