Black ops 2 map packs are gone on Xbox 1. Help?

Are you sure you bought the right map pack? Because the Rezurrection map pack was released only for Black Ops 1. Black Ops 2 currently doesnt have map packs available. If you meant Black Ops 1 in the title of the post, then I have no idea. So.... the map
pack is only for Black Ops 1..... Sorry if you spent microsoft points on accident....

The map packs for Black Ops will not work with Black Ops 2 at all. Any current map packs will need to be purchased.

Are you playing on the account that originally purchased the DLC on Xbox 360? That's required in order to download and use the content on Xbox One. You can check your purchase history by visiting
commerce.microsoft.com and clicking on transaction history. If you're not seeing the transaction in the list, then you'll want to check other accounts which may have purchased it. If you're
still not seeing it then you'll need to contact the chat/phone team for a closer look.

There are 12 maps, not 10. And ELITE Costs £35, not £40. With each Map Pack costing £10, that's a saving of £5 if you buy ELITE. And the Map Pack's will no doubt be as follows:

Map Pack 1: 3 Multiplayer Maps, 2 Spec Ops

Map Pack 2: 3 Multiplayer Maps, 1 Spec Op, 1 Game Mode

Map Pack 3: 3 Multiplayer Maps, 2 Spec Ops

Map Pack 4: 3 Multiplayer Maps, 1 Spec Op, 1 Game Mode

Black Op's map pack will only play on the original Xbox it was bought from unless you transfer your account to a new Xbox and are using the same gamer tag as originally purchased.

For example :

Xbox 1:

Gamertag 1 - Gamertag 2. (both accounts made on this xbox)

If Gamertag 1 purchased the content then everyone on this Xbox can access the maps.

Xbox 2:

Gamertag 1 (transferred from xbox 1) Gamertag 3. (made on this xbox)

If Gamertag 1 comes over to this xbox and redownloads the maps. Gamertag 3 will not have access to the maps as it is only allowed to be used under the usage policy by Gamertag 1.

I'm not sure if this intel will help shed light on your dilemma. Just seems not many people read the new usage policy on Black Op's map packs and it could be something to do with it.
