Black Ops 2 download failed, can't download anymore

Yesterday I bought an X-box 360 with CoD ghosts and a voucher to download CoD Black Ops 2. When I redeemed my code and tried to download Black Ops 2 the download failed, I can't find the place where I can try to download it again, I also can't redeem the
voucher anymore.

Does anyone know a solution for this problem?

Hello everyone i got the new dlc for black ops 2 and i went to my friends house and i tried to download my profile but i got error

80151012 and i can't download it anymore can someone please help please it is getting really anoying.

Does your account region match your actual region?

If you are on an us foreign base or an us territory other then hawaii or virgin islands they dont have us ips

You would need to match your actual region

My account region matches my actual region, but I don't live in the US so that can't be the problem

go to your receant downloads under account management

Hello SLlaughtered,

To get your item that you redeemed then please follow the steps (You must be on your Xbox Dashboard);

Settings > Account > Download History

The item should be at the top if you haven't purchased/redeemed any other items

Ight so i tried downloading 2 Black Ops 1 DLC after many failed attempts. It actually successfully downloaded. Maybe Microsoft fixed the issue? I suggest trying to download whatever you're having trouble again. Maybe it'll work this time?

Me too, i tried downloading the second DLC from Black Ops 1 this week and i didnt get it but today it really worked, but now when i want to download the Black Ops 2 game it continues with the same issue, i only successfully downloaded all the DLC and additional
maps from the game.
