Black ops 2 DLC won’t show up in game after I purchased it and downloaded it.

Hello, I am currently having trouble with playing the apocalypse DLC on Black Ops 2. I recently bought the game through the game store and then decided to buy the apocalypse DLC so I can play Zombies Origins. On my xbox and in the BO2 store it says that I have the DLC downloaded, but when I go in game I cannot access the map or see it. I was wondering how I can get this fixed so I can play the map and not waste my money.

Kindly check first if you have a completed transaction for the downloadable content at this link, https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders.

If it's completed, please follow the steps below to sort it out.

Go to Settings > Account > Sign-in, security & Passkey. Delete your passkey here.

After deleting the Passkey, go to Settings>account>privacy & online safety>Xbox privacy>custom/view details & customize>buy & download> Turn off "Ask before buying."

Launch Black Ops 2 then go to the Zombies or multiplayer menu. Press the MENU and VIEW buttons at the same time. It will open the 360 Menu then proceed to sign out by pressing the X button rather than logging back in using the available accounts. After that, choose the download profile option and after downloading the profile, please try redeeming the Season pass content from the in-game store.

Your DLC for Black Ops 2 will be available to download at around 6:00 AM the download might end up showing up earlier but will most likely not be able to download because its not ready yet. This happens to all Black Ops DLC.

Ight so i tried downloading 2 Black Ops 1 DLC after many failed attempts. It actually successfully downloaded. Maybe Microsoft fixed the issue? I suggest trying to download whatever you're having trouble again. Maybe it'll work this time?

Me too, i tried downloading the second DLC from Black Ops 1 this week and i didnt get it but today it really worked, but now when i want to download the Black Ops 2 game it continues with the same issue, i only successfully downloaded all the DLC and additional
maps from the game.

Try pressing the start / menu button on Black Ops 2, and then scroll down and select "Manage game & add -ons."

If you purchased the DLC for that game on your Xbox One, and if it hasn't downloaded them already, then it should show there in the "Ready to Install" section.

Microsoft Commerce page while signed in and let us know when you purchased the Black Ops II season pass, that would help a bunch for now!

When you tried the in-game store, did it give you the option to download? After selecting download, you should be able to navigate to

Black Ops II's 'Ready to install' and see the DLC.

Looking at the commerce page fails to show me any of the purchased DLC but I believe that is due to purchasing special edition which came with a code for the season pass as there seem to be no purchases near the release date. I would guess I would have put
in the season pass code around 12th November 2012.

I had a look in the ingame store option and it was able to give me one of the other DLCs I was missing. I am now missing Vengeance and Apocalypse.

Unfortunately looking at my 360 download history does not show the other DLCs as I stopped playing black ops 2 after uprising was released.
