    I just got a copy of black ops 2 for my xbox one to just play zombies and it wont install the game it has the error code (0x87e10012)

    NOW Black Ops is compatible on the Xbox One. You should be able to enjoy Black Ops on your Xbox One via digital download or physical disc.

    Backwards compatibility.

    Ok, I have the games installed on Xbox 360 and they are backwards compatible. Black Ops 1 shows up on my Xbox One's ready to install same with Modern Warfare 3 but Black Ops 2 and alot of my other games DON'T show up. I don't understand why.

    Yes they are compatible it black ops and black ops 2 both brand new disc and work in a 360 just fine my xbox one reads and plays all xbox one disc and blu Ray's and 4k movies but will not read or play dvd movies or 360 backward compatible games I've done
    system updates online and offline updates I've soft reset and hard reset and I've factory reset also and have no luck dont understand why it can read all disc except dvd and 360

    yea i tried other Xbox 360 games (that i know are compatible with xbox one like call of duty black ops 2) and yea its not showing me the install logo on my xbox one homepage but xbox one games works fine.
