Black Ops 2 Aimbot???

Hey all! This is a pretty odd question. I just bought BO2 since it's on sale. Immediately after it installed I launched and played it. My second game in I suddenly had a message flash on screen that I had "unfair aimbot" installed and suddenly that was on for the rest of the game. I stopped playing right away, but have absolutely no idea how that showed up on my account, especially just after buying the game. Was this something from somebody who had hacked the lobby? I just want to avoid being banned for something I experienced maybe 5 minutes after buying the game..

I can only speak for Black Ops, and Black Ops is aimbot free on Xbox LIVE.

I understand you need help with your game problem.

If I may ask, did you try playing another game after that happened? Just to check if it still shows up or not as it might just be a glitch for some reason.

You are not using any mod from the game or you have not played this yet before on the same account, correct?

You can also try reinstalling the game as well. If in any case the issue still persist, please reach out to Activision.

Aimbot has been around for some time now and most of those who are using the undetectable Aimbot program are running the risk of being banned however, knowing most COD players having more than one live account doesn't much bother them if they get ban on
one account they will just log in with another. You will just have to take the cheating on COD as life and deal with it. My suggestion is to get a group of your friends from your own neighborhood, school or college to have your own private party this way you
will have a more positive COD experience.

Actually, I have to agree, their are plenty of people in BO that use aimbots, some have even bosted about it in lobbies I have been in, and yes there are infact aimbots that can be used in this game.
