Black Ops 1 Maps Won't Load

Hi,

I just got Black ops 1 today (I know a bit late) and when i try to get into a game the maps just won't load, the loading bar will go most of the way but it will stop very close to the end and won't move.

Does anyone know what the problem is or how to fix it?

What's Your Favorite Map?

I don't like the Black Ops 2 maps MORE than the first Black Ops maps, but it's nice to have new maps to play on. I was starting to get tired of playing on the Black Ops 1 maps. As for my favorite on Black Ops 2, I think it's called Raid.

My Black Ops 2 won't even load now. It keeps freezing at the main menu. And thanks, TreyArch, for nerfing every good gun in the game. Im done with Black Ops 2. David Vondacunt.

It sounds like the disc may be dirty. I'd try cleaning it if the problem continues. Also, try installing it to the HDD as this can help not only load times, but once installed...you should have no problems loading.

Are you sure you bought the right map pack? Because the Rezurrection map pack was released only for Black Ops 1. Black Ops 2 currently doesnt have map packs available. If you meant Black Ops 1 in the title of the post, then I have no idea. So.... the map
pack is only for Black Ops 1..... Sorry if you spent microsoft points on accident....

Can you load this Zombie map in single player? If you still can't then the issue may be with your Black Ops disc. Even though the map packs are downloaded from Live to your hard drive, they still require assets to be loaded from the main disc. If the
disc is dirty or scratched, your DLC won't load either.

there's about a 1/100 chance that a map pack map will be randomly selected from all the maps in Black ops.

Halo 4 LE is offering a ton of goodies, even a free map pack which consist of nine maps with 3 future competitive maps packs. Your basicly getting a free Season Pass. It's seriously worth it if your getting Halo 4.

btw anyone know if treyarch is gonna attempt to fix this cause i heard it has something to do with the new patch
