Black ops 1 Freezes right when I load up the game.

It did not solve my problem but there's also another thing to note. When I put this specific disc in, it starts to make a weird sound that doesn't happen with any of my other discs. I think it has something to do with the fact that my disk may or may not have a crucial part of it scratched off.

Hmmm, that is most likely it gage. If all the other discs are running fine and you are only having issues with this one, the disc might be gamaged.

I´m guessing you have already tried cleaning your disc So let´s try clearing the system cache just to make sure it is indeed the disc

Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.

2.Select Storage or Memory.

3.Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller.

4.Select Clear System Cache.

5.When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.

Did not work. I appreciate the help but it's safe to say that my disc is just broken so I will take it back and exchange it for a new disc and I much appreciate the help.

Okay can you first try deleting your profile?

Delete your profile ONLY not all the other items

Go to Settings and select System.

Select Storage.

Note If you don’t connect any external storage devices to your console, select Hard Drive. If you do use external storage, select All Devices.

Select Profiles.

Select the Xbox profile that you want to delete.

Select Delete.

Select Delete Profile Only – This deletes the Xbox profile but leaves saved games and achievements.
