black ops 1 dlc 1 not showing up on xbox one?

Oh great - I wasn't the only one. I had purchased the season pass and thought that because my son downloaded the DLC with "his account" (and his account is no longer available) that I would never get the first DLC and ended up buying it. Guess perhaps
there is a problem after all. (I had posted on the Activision site and didn't bother coming here) Oh well - here's to Steve and Bill!

DLC??!

Now that Black ops 2 is backwards compatible i downloaded and only 1 of my dlc map packs is showing up even though i purchased all of them on black ops 2 on xbox 360??

Can you clarify which DLC you're having trouble accessing? Also, are you verifying your Xbox 360 purchase history with the steps on

1. Again I had purchased years go the SEASON PASS for COD BOs.

2. Upon starting the game after installing on XB1, for MY account it only showed DLCs 2-4 available for download (checkmarks). I subsequently downloaded them.

3. DLC 1 appeared to not have a checkmark and I had to purchase it. (Ultimately I did)

4. I actually didn't even think to post here and went to
Activision (click to read post there) but never got a response since they don't warrant the product (it was a general forum post). My original take was - my son may have installed the first DLC - thus I cannot. But then after reading this post - I am
suspecting a problem with DLC 1. Foolish me I should have searched more and not purchased DLC 1.

5. At the end of the day I purchased the Season pass and now wasted another $15+TAX (CA$) on my account.

6. Maybe I can get a CREDIT or maybe not. If there is a way and I can prove I bought the season pass - then how would I go about that? The XB1 doesn't seem to suggest any Season Pass (I think that is due to the age of the game - it is more in your face
in the newer games - like AW/BO3 etc).

7. I still have the XBOX 360 - not sure if it shows the SEASON PASS or not.

Any help would be appreciated - if there is a chance to go to support and get a credit (back to my XB account) then that would be good. Assuming that the DLC 1 has a bug and is fixed.
