    Hmm, also to Clarify, do you mean Black Opps 2, or are you trying to play the original Black Opps? In the later case, it may simply be that there are no longer players available. You'd want to pick up a more recent installment such as Modern Warfare 3
    or Black Opps 2.

    Are you trying to play the game via retro compatibility?

    Your current Microsoft Account and Xbox Profile will work, you just need to launch the game and sign-in with your account.

    You need to sign in again through the Xbox 360 interface assuming you're using Xbox One/Xbox Series, then it will let you log in. The game is filled with modders however so be warned.

    My xbox is 30 cm from my router (orange livebox), and connected by a cable (not wifi), and it's working with back opps cod 1, fifa 12, minecraft, ...So it's really a problem with black opps 2 multi only...
