black opp 2 and gta v xbox 360

does anyone know any reason why my orignal xbox 360 would stop reading certain game discs like gta v and black opps 2.

after a while it does play but it takes a bit to keep opening and closing the tray

GTA 5 will be on two discs without switching

GTA V and Castlevania LOS 2 will be my final Xbox 360 games.

There are a lot of possible issues you may have with your disc drive. It could be the way the CD is treated and the way you handle it.

What he said basically. The newer game discs are thin and pretty cheap, so the discs could be going. Either that or your 360 laser is just getting older.
