Black oops 3 credits

Hello,

I purchased and downloaded blacktop ps 3 yesterday. I understood that with the early purchase I was to receive 10,000 xbox credits through the rewards program. I checked today and I didn't receive anything. How can I get this fixed? I would like to receive
my 10k credits. It's not even in the pending catigory.

Hi MOD Mr Vegas,

if I remember correctly from the T & C's of that offer you will get the points once the game has shipped. This is an anti-fraud measure to stop people from ordering the game, getting reward points then cancelling their purchase!

Actually it should take about 96 hours for credits to show as pending for that offer. So it would still be a few days before you see them pending. If you don't see them pending after that time, you'll need to post in the Rewards forum -

Credits do not transfer. Or, if they do, I haven't figured out how (yes, I transfered my profile. Yes, it brought some of my forza 3 cars into 4).

EDIT: I just read that you CAN get credits when import your file while the servers are online. The servers are currently offline and I transfered my level 50 Forza 3 profile... oops.
