    Black Homescreen after Xbox starts


    Hello

    When I start my Xbox One I get the green loading animation with the logo and once it loads the screen turns black and I have no home screen. The only screen I have access to is the one we’re you double tap the home button to turn of your Xbox.

    What is this happening and what can I do? ,

    Hello,

    Right now my xbox starts up and then after a few second when I am on the homescreen, the screen turns black. Is there some sort of fix I could use to restore my xbox one back it's previous state? Like factory settings or something like that?

    BF4 Premium Not Working!

    After buying you probably need to fully exit the game by pressing the home button, then when on homescreen press the menu aka start button the select quit.

    OK after pressing the Xbox button to bring the guide up and without pressing any other button on the controller try pressing the A button twice and the console should then return to the homescreen. If the console does return to the homescreen then the console
    is behaving how it should.

    Hey Phantom2TimeZz sorry but just saw this I power cycled reset my console, and everything I'll try the hdmi cable solution but other than that nothing works. it just randomly started a few days ago
