How do you know it isn't taken?

Gamertags are used on other services,not just xbox live & things like capital letters aren't recognised by the system so GOKU,goku, GoKu etc would be the same tag.

If it says the tag is taken then it's taken.

If it doesn't log in for 5 years then it will be freed up.

Check your in-game character menu - you should be able to download/install the character from there. There is no separate install for him, he's accessible directly from in-game.

If you purchased Dragon Ball from the Xbox Store digitally, this content is automatically provided in game, and not sent as a code. Try checking the game's 'Ready to install' by highlighting the game's tile, press the Menu button on your Xbox One controller,
and select 'Manage game'. Through there, look in the 'Ready to install' section for any DLC. Once the pre-order pack is installed, you will need to unlock the content in-game.

Mine supers and ultimate would be probably be:

Supers:

Perfect Game from Super Vegito ( if it is there ).

Spirit Sword from Super Vegito or Maximum Flasher from Super Sayain vegeta.

Ultimate:

True kamehameha form Goku Super Sayain 3 .

My fighting style would be from Goku or Vegito.

I would wear something like Vegito except black on the inside and red on the outside and a black belt

And my hair would be bed hair or hair like teen gohan.

Well you can unlock new hair styles, clothes, skills etc. in Hero mode

oh ya and you guys know you can only have 2 supers.

Goku is not allowed. it has no wrong meaning to it.
