Black Desert Xbox One crashing when selecting a character

I have 5 characters set up and all above the rank of 50. However there's one that when I select it, the program loads all the way to the end but then I get a horrible noise and then get kicked out of the game completely. I've restarted the game, no help.
I can't delete the character and start over with that slot because the character has stuff in inventory.

Can anyone help? Seems to be a waste to just have one character sitting there doing nothing.
