Black Desert Authentication Failed

Did you tried cleaning the locally saved games progress?
Go to Settings > System > Storage > select clear local saved games.
After that, try opening Black Desert and see if the message appears

(don't worry, once you open your games the cloud save is going to be restored in your console)

If the issue persists, are you able to install the game on another console?

I have done all those suggestions, and the game still says the same thing. It did work with a different profile.

Please try this:

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.

Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

After that, try to remove and re-add your profile on the console.

Also disconnect your router from power for about 3 minutes. Then connect it again an when everything is working, try again

If I may ask, what is the exact error that you’re getting?

Yes I did clear the saved games. I can install on another console. The game still says authentication failed.
