Black desert account locked "please repurchase refunded items"

Make sure that the game appears under your Order History. Make sure you are login to the account the game was purchased under. If everything is correct and you are still being asked to re-purchase you may request for a callback from our live support.

How to contact support

2. Scroll down and look at the lower left side if you can see the page matches the country/region you are currently located.
   
3. If not, please select the country/region it is showing and select the correct one among the list.

Thank you for letting us know about the issue. I understand you are missing the in-game content that came with your
purchase for Black Desert $29.99 standard edition. I was able to do a little research and these are the
items included in the $29.99 standard edition.

• full Black Desert game
• a 30-day Value Pack
• a Snow Wolfdog Pet
• 500 Pearls to use in game.
• IMPORTANT: The item packages included in the bundles will only be sent to the server that corresponds to the region where the product is purchased.

The issue will be resolved by the developer of Black Desert.

I had recently purchased a Pearl box item in the game Black Desert. And about two days ago i requested a refund through the Xbox website and got my refund accepted. Yet i haven't received my money back or acces to the game due to this.

Thank you for your post.

Actually, support will not be able to reverse a refunded charge. Once a Charge has been refunded, then the money is sent back to the user. It is then up to the user to repurchase the item they were refunded. (If they want to repurchase the item or not, is
up to them)
