    I have an orrigional xbox one and I have no background at all. I have gone as farcar to factory reset it and my background is black and will not change. What is going on?

    Hi, JTFG! I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with the console not being able to change the background. No worries, I'm happy to assist you with this today.

    Please try to check if you have a pending console update.

    Go to Profile & system> Settings > System > Updates

    If there is none, try to do the offline system update.

    I think the colours are for for the squares. I think the black background is normal.

    My friends console has two profiles. Each profile has separate colours.

    It's the tiles that are coloured. The background stays black.
