Black And Blue cursor appears whenever i go to home or close a game,restarting fixes it but...

No errors were found when troubleshooting and the error message is gone but upon launching it will start the game but freeze as soon as the menus loads, and other times upon launch it will show as a black screen with my cursor showing as the blue loading circle then the crash menu pops up saying the basic "Close app" and "Wait for response". I will try uninstalling and reinstalling the game and possibly that will fix it.

I finally figured out a fix!!!!

it is to open the Edge client on your xbox, close any open tabs, and then press the Settings button on the home page of Edge. It will open a menu. Scroll this menu with the right stick and it will make the cursor disappear. While the cursor is invisible, press the Xbox button on your controller, press start on Edge client, close the program, and return to your game free of the cursor. Enjoy!!

this is happening to me too, it will only allow me to move my cursor when i hold the home button, and my screen only appears black. I've turned it off and in multiple times, and do NOT
want to resort to a hard reset. FIX THIS MICROSOFT

Sane here, none of my controller are able to "go home", also everytime I trigger the on-screen keyboard to appear, it locks up my controller and console. Only way to fix is to hard restart or get lucky and hope smartglass can close the keyboard.... insanly
annoying.

I uninstalled and reinstalled it. But still the same issue. Black screen appears and nothing is happening. I have to restart my console, i cannot go to the xbox home page as well
