Bizzare connectivity issues... Please help?!

I bought a One S recently and had no problems setting it up etc. I set it up with ease, connected to the Internet, logged into all my accounts etc and downloaded multiple games (nearly using my 1TB up!) My partner and I have a profile each on the same
console. However, something very strange has happened!, she signed up to the live gold trial (I think £2 for 2 months) and everything works fine on her profile. She's downloaded the free gold games and has played multiplayer games online. When I log onto my
profile and try to download anything or try to go on online multilayer or access any online game features it tells me to connect to the Internet!, I have gone through settings and when doing the rest it says quite clearly I am connected to the Internet and
even the multiplayer test shows up as connected with no problems. So I'm very confused. I have googled this and we have gone as far as ensuring that her profile is set as the home xbox one and that option for me is turned off so we'll and truly stumped it's
really frustrating! I even tried deleting and re-entering all my log in details but nothing changed. I was also under the impression that as she had gold on hers it would work on my profile too but the fact there is clearly a connection there but it's not
working in the games or allowing me to download is very odd. Any help. Would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you for the information as well. We understand this is frustrating and want to help as best as we can. You stated that the profile with an active subscription is set up as the

home console. Also, that the other account was removed then downloaded back onto the account but still had issues. What is the exact error message that appears when trying to play online?

is there a 3rd account on the console that does not have Live that is having the same issue? Is it possible to create a fake account to test this theory on?

It looks like that workaround was specific to the firmware version that you were running. Since you've had a firmware update, I suggest getting in touch with
Actiontec Router Support and explain your issue to them. They should be able to troubleshoot this with you to help get things sorted.
