    Did you know that in german and english this word is written the same, is pronounced nearly the same and has the same meanings - and the word is

    Why am I telling you that ? On saturday august the 24th I had my 10th anniversary of consecutive Xbox Live gold membership!

    BITTER

    Why bitter ? Because I haven`t received nothing ! Not even an automatic generated message with the usual "Congratulation bla bla...".

    BITTER

    But I must admit I expected even more than such a message !

    I thought maybe I would get a special offer ?!

    Like: "Hey we see you had a Xbox classic, the old and the 500GO Xbox 360, the Xbox One and now the Xbox One S and some hundred games ! We think you should have a Xbox One X ( X romanic number 10 ^^). So here is a special offer for you and you can purchase
    a Xbox One X 75% off ! " But no, nothing!

    But maybe the reason for not receiving nothing is that I merged my Gold membership and Game Pass to the Ultimate Game Pass (until 2022) and the system "forgot" to send a message or to tell a Xbox staff, that there is a person who has such an anniversary
    ?!

    I really hope it is like so, because I really don`t want to believe, that this is the way you treat your most loyal customers !

    That really would be

    PS: I wonder how often I have to hammer on that stake to reach a heart !

    Thanks for your post. I understand you are expressing concerns over your subscription that you've maintained for 10 years. Currently, there is no anniversary system in place for Xbox Live Gold. Microsoft Xbox sincerely appreciates it's customers and subscribers
    of Xbox Live Gold and our other various services. Unfortunately, this forum is specifically to address technical issues regarding Xbox consoles and Xbox game related issues. For this reason, this thread will be locked.

    I am unaware of any such messages and there certainly aren't any offers etc. You get plenty of offers with Xbox Live Gold as it is.

    Don't worry about it. More people are likely to give you negative rep than actually acknowledging you for playing a good game. Just bitter people being bitter I guess.

    To isw42 , No no keep playing you're 360 with the rest of us until they shut the servers down. We have to stand strong within the 360 community and fight assimilation by the XBorg until the bitter end. I think they will allow the 360 servers to run another
    5 years or so after the release of the XBorg. So, stay strong and fight and play the 360 until the Bitter, Bitter end.
